To support the transitional government in its efforts toward solidarity, development, and strengthening social peace and tranquility in Guinea, Dr. David Makongo is multiplying gestures in favor of local communities. This initiative aims to show his support for the National Committee of Reconciliation and Development (CNRD) and its President, General Mamadi Doumbouya, the President of the Transition.
Since moving to Guinea several years ago, Dr. David Makongo, through his foundation, the “Makongo Family Charity” (MAFAC), has continuously intervened in various areas, providing assistance to the Guinean population in general, and vulnerable individuals in particular. His support includes the donation of food and non-food items, the sponsorship of journalist training, sanitation efforts, among others.
On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, Dr. Makongo met with the youth of Kaloum to instill in them a culture of love for others and the nation, which, according to him, can positively impact the lives of a nation’s citizens.
In this spirit, he invited the youth of Kaloum, and Guinea in general, to support the Head of State, General Mamadi Doumbouya, whom he believes has the solutions to the problems facing Guineans.
“General Mamadi Doumbouya is a messenger from God to liberate the youth of Guinea and the continent because he is a President who understands the issues of Guinea and Africa. We must support him sincerely to enable him to achieve his societal projects for the benefit of Guinea (…). Everything I do for Guineans is in his name.”
To bring the Guinean youth closer to the events of the Paris 2024 Olympics, which are now beginning, Dr. David Makongo took the opportunity to announce to the youth of Kaloum that he is committed to providing them with television sets.
