The commune of Dixinn recently vibrated to the rhythm of a football final like no other. Organized by the youth of the Camayenne neighborhood and supported by the man
of peace and social cohesion, Dr. David Makongo, this sporting event was part of a tournament dedicated to the promotion of peace and social cohesion in Guinea.
The event brought together hundreds of spectators from all over the commune and beyond. The stadium was filled with enthusiasm and fervor, testifying to the importance of peace for the local population. The competing teams, representing various districts of Dixinn and Kaloum, displayed exemplary fair play throughout the match, thus highlighting the spirit of camaraderie and solidarity that the tournament sought to promote.
At the end of the final, Dr David Makongo, President of the MAFAC Foundation, wanted to send a strong message to the participants and spectators. “A country can only prosper if peace reigns there,” he declared. “Economically, socially and humanly, everything is linked to peace and living together. We all have an interest in joining hands and preserving peace for our children and grandchildren. May God preserve Guinea and the Guineans,” he added, drawing loud applause from the assembly.
