There is much talk about empowering the women. Making it possible for them to be able to engage in activities that could make the woman and girl child self-reliant.

Under this program, Mafac seeks to provide start up capitals for well designed projects and even to put up training centers like the tailoring workshop in gestation in one of the refugee camps in Nigeria. This program also has components of advocacy for women workshops and schemes that better preserve their dignity. It is a program for women by women.
